of achieving the organization social and business goals.

Activities to develop

It is important to clarify: This course is in English and as it is specified


in the Rules and conditions for the development of the course:
The student must develop the proposed activities on due time,
in English. Contributions in different languages won´t be evaluated.

Also, it is important to take into account: Submitting a document that


is not developed by the student will achieve a score of (1)

Collaborative:

As a final assessment of the course, the students relate the concepts


studied along all steps, developing the following activities:
 
1. Review all references and activities developed along the previous
steps.

2. Choose your role and post your selection on the Collaborative


Learning forum: Compiler, Reviewer, Evaluator, Deliveries and
Alerts.

3. At the beginning of the course, in Step 1, each student applied a


Survey to identify and characterize enterprises for digital
transformation gathering important information in relation to
technology appropriation.

All group members must consolidate in an Excel file the answers


of each company to the questions number 7 to 40 (Avoid
including questions 1 to 6), according to the following structure:

Take into account the following requirements:


 If all group members participate in the final evaluation, the
database will have 5 answers per question.
 If there is a student who did not develop the survey on step 1,
he will need to review the item 4, from the Activity guide and
evaluation rubric - Step 1 - Identify intellectual property as an
asset and gather the proposed information, in order to
contribute to the database, and get its evaluation in this final
step.

4. Once the Colombian Enterprises Digital Transformation


Diagnosis Database is consolidated, in another page on the Excel
file, the group draft an graph (bar chart, pie chart) for each
question that evidences the information collected

5. According to the graphs, the group writes an analysis of at least 80


words, for each question describing its trends in relation to the
problem of study: How to promote digital transformation in
Colombian enterprises?, according to the following chart:

6. Based on the contents studied and the analysis of the information,
each student must record a YouTube video including a 2 to 3
minutes video, where the student appears himself explaining in
English one proposal to solve the problem of study including:

Make sure the proposal includes arguments from intellectual


property, technology valuation and technology negotiation, and
