RE: REQUEST TO DONATE COVID MEDICAL SUPPLIES AGAINST COVID-19

Madame:

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, medical supplies are in high

demand across the country. The COTELCO, Inc. may have the vital
materials it could donate to help meet urgent need for supplies.

I am writing to you on behalf of the residents of Brgy. to

encourage you to include us in your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
activities and donate as much as possible in order for us to flatten the curve
and combat COVID-19.

The urgently needed items include:

 Face Masks
 Alcohols
 Thermal Scanner
 Hand Sanitizer or Alcohol
 Disinfectants
 Other prevention products

We do hope that this simple request of ours be granted. We will very much
appreciate any supplies you may give.
