THE NEWSLETTER OF 77/99 HARBOUR SQUARE
SMOKING IN
SUITES
While everyone is either
working from home or in self
isolation, we would like to
remind residents to be
considerate and be a good
neighbor.
Tum on your kitchen vents
and bathroom fans when
smoking in your suite so it
doesn't escape out and into
the hallway and neighbouring
units.
Ifyou are a heavy smoker,
consider getting an air purifier
to minimize the amount of
smoke that can get out.
Never throw any cigarette
butts from you balcony or an
open window.
NEIGHBORLY DECORUM
SOUND TRAVELS
With the units more occupied
with children staying home,
the gyms being closed and
most entertainment venue
shuttered, itis understandable
that residents are trying
everything to occupy their time
and take their minds off things.
During these tense times
everyone must be a little bit
more patient and
understanding to the noises of
human activity. However,
please remember that all
residents have a right to quiet
enjoyment in their own suites.
There is no reason to be
turning the volume up of your
music. If you prefer your music
loud with heavy bass, we
request that you use Head
Phones.
COOKING AWAY
As residents staying home
are choosing to cook and
rediscover their inner chef, we
‘would also like to remind
everyone to tum on the
cooking vent hood. This helps
remove a lot of the smells and
moisture inside the unit.
Please also avoid pouring oil,
grease and other foods down
your sink. You may think it's
being flushed down, but many
times it doesn't go far and all
the way out to the sewer
system and ends up causing
kitchen stack backups.Staff Appreciation
