Being a student teacher I believe I have gained knowledge and strengths from my

experiences. I believe that one of my biggest strength is confidence. I have the experience in
working with children for 5 years now, including some years in high school. Being so passionate
about my career choice, I feel that I have the knowledge and experience to feel confident in
what I love to do. I am aware of what I can bring to a school, being building relationships with
students, parents, and staff, as well as responsibility.
I am open to learning new things about education everyday. I have a vision of what I
would like my future classroom to look like, and I cannot wait to have a classroom full of little
minds ready for learning.
I believe that one aspect that I need a little work on would be Leaving it on the Table. I
am the kind of person that will try to find every answer to my questions myself before asking
anyone. I have learned that that is not always the best way to handling situations. It is important
to make yourself look interested in a job and ask the questions you have instead of thinking
about them later on the way home. Being open and having clear communication can make
anyone look great when applying for a job.
