Significance of the Study

This study will be undertaken to find out the management techniques rendered by the
administration in CLMMRH and to measure its effectiveness through the behaviors of the
CLMMRH nurses with Mental Health issues during this time of crisis.

The results of the study will be of great benefit to the following:

School’s Administration
The administrators will be guided on what should be emphasized by Clinical Instructors
in the intervention to improve nurses’ of CLMMRH performance in the hospital.

College of Nursing
This study will be very beneficial to the College of Nursing, especially the Dean, Clinical
Coordinator and other officers in the office. Through this research, the College of Nursing may
purposefully discover how nurses of CLMMRH that apply the recommended approach derived
from the results of this study will be able to fulfill their roles during a pandemic.

Clinical Instructors
The given data would guide the Clinical Instructors on what to do with the nurses of
CLMMRH in stepping into times of crisis and providing care. The Clinical Instructors would be
able to understand on why some nurses of CLMMRH are too exhausted during this time of crisis
and later on, help them.

Student Nurses
The results will provide the student nurses with some knowledge on Mental Health and
how it can be avoided. It will give the students a realization that mental health is an important
part of overall health and wellbeing to both the student and the people around them.

Future Researchers
 The study will help them uncover critical areas in the nursing process that many
researchers were not able to explore. Thus, a new theory on nursing practice may be arrived at.
