Hello everyone, my name is Martín Elías and today i would like to talk about the

caribbean región. The caribbean región has the following characteristics:

 Weather
 The caribbean región is known for its warm weather and beautiful beaches,
like this one behind me, in Cartagena de Indias.
 The climate is tropical almost in a 70%
 Due to its location, it is the hottest región in the country

 Landforms: some of them are

 Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta: it has all termal floors.
 Península de la Guajira: known for its extreme dryness

 Economic Activities
 Farming: the main products are: banana, cotton, corn and yuca.
 Cattle raising
 Fishing
 Mining

 Fauna and flora

 Fauna: animals such as the flamingo, the marmoset monkey, the macaw,
variety os snakes, alligators and fishes.
 Flora: moorland, mangrove, coral reef.

 My product
 ENYUCADO:made of yuca, one of the main products of the caribbean
region. It´s a delicious and traditional dessert of this region. It has yuca,
coconut, sugar, butter, salt and cheese. This dessert is in a White
paperboard packing, that is eco friendly.
