Usually you can satisfy the majority of your analytical needs with a single detector, but either SRI GC chassis can accommodate as many as four detectors to give you maximum flexibility. Table 1 includes a listing of the detectors that can be installed on your SRI GC. The table shows the typical detection limits for each detector along with their common applications.
