You are writing a film script about two boys trapped on a sinking boat. There are eleven mistakes in
the script. Underline the mistakes and write the correct words above. One has been done for you as an
example.

Sinking fast

Henry: Something’s wrong with our boat, Ted. We’re taking on a lot of water. I think there might
be
is a hole somewhere!

Ted: You’re right, Henry. We’re sinking! And we’re sinking fast! What should we did?

Henry: Can you finding the hole? Help me look for it.

Ted: OK, OK … wait … over here! I found it! Look! This is where the water is coming from.

But now what? Could you help plugging it up somehow?

Henry: How? With what?

Henry: That’s possible. But if we stay out here, we will certainly drowning! I don’t know about you.

But I would rather swim than staying on a sinking boat. Come on, Ted! It’s our only shot.

Blocked drains shut gallery link

A multi-million pound underground tunnel connecting two of Edinburgh’s art galleries

British cheeses
