I am Ronnel Ganalon of legal age, a resident of Saint Francis

Street Zone-3B Purok 14 Central Signal Village Taguig City. I am
married to Neriza Sta Ana Ganalon.

I am complaining to this person, Mercy Misames. Her husband is

Capt. Homer Misames. They live in New Lower Bicutan. Her total
debt to me is two hundred thousand pesos. We have a 5 percent
interest deal on her loan every month since January 23, 2017 and
February 5, 2017 but until now she has not paid her debt to me.

We went to her house but they are not always there. She is
already hiding with Capt. Misames. I called them but they are not
answering my calls. And now she blocked me and we don’t have
contact with her. Our only hope is to talk to Capt. Misames in
ASCOM but their major said he’s not always there. I have contact
with Capt. Misames and I called him 5 times and texted him but no
reply as well. I hope that you will help us to solve this problem.
