2 Days Prior to Challenge:


Body FX Anti-Inflammatory Detox Soup

Ingredients:

6 cups water
4 cups bone broth
1 cup diced chicken breast, cooked
1.5 cups spinach
1.5 cups black beans
1.5 cups garbanzo beans
1 large tomato, diced
3/4 cup green Chile, diced
3 minced garlic cloves
1.5 tbsp olive oil
pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
1 tbsp Greek yogurt, per serving

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil over medium high.


2. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add beans, tomato, green chiles, and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add bone broth and water.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce to a simmer and add spinach and cooked chicken.
7. Simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is warmed through and
spinach is wilted.
8. Serve in bowl with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt.

3 oz halibut, grilled
2 cups mixed green salad

Breakfast:
2 eggs
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup spinach

Snack:

Protein FX Fruit Dip with an Apple


1 tbsp Creamy All-Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein FX
1.5 tbsp water
1 apple, sliced

Directions:
Mix peanut butter, Chocolate Protein FX and water with a spoon. Dip sliced apples.

Lunch:

Spinach Salad with Tuna


1.5 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded cabbage 
3 slices of tomato
3 oz tuna, canned in water
2 tbsp vinaigrette

Snack:
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup cucumber slices
2 tbsp salsa

Dinner:
4 oz grilled chicken breast

1 tbsp vinaigrette

Snack:

Protein FX Peanut Butter Yogurt

1 cup plain Greek yogurt


1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop Vanilla Protein FX

Directions:

Mix well with a spoon. Enjoy right away or cover and freeze for 30 minutes for a
frozen treat.

Dinner:

4 oz halibut

Egg Roll Bowl
(Makes 4 servings)

1lb ground chicken


2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
12 oz coleslaw mix (green cabbage, red cabbage, shredded carrots)
5 tbsp coconut aminos
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
cilantro to taste
hot sauce to taste (optional)

Directions:
1. Place olive oil, onion, garlic and ground chicken in a large skillet, season with salt and pepper to
taste, and cook over medium-high heat until chicken is browned.
2. Drain meat and add back to the skillet with ginger, coleslaw mix and coconut aminos. Cook
until cabbage softens.
3. Divide into four servings and serve with cilantro, green onion and hot sauce.
