 First few weeks were spent in observing the organization and understanding the work
behavior.
 Knowing and understanding the working ways of different stakeholders.
 Understanding the DNA of the organization and the teams

Emulsion

 After taking over the “Labs” team, understanding what works for that team and making sure
to blend into the group.
 Blending and giving them a free and a long leash, for being able to slowly transform
 Identifying the core team for DFS
 Understanding the genesis and evolution of platform (WIP)

On the Transformation part some actions done were:

 Initiation of a study for mapping journeys of our competition


 Identifying Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3 for growth and sustenance
 Exploring and identifying some partnerships for strategic & capability play
 Start the process for identifying areas of Service Innovation for Mode 1
 Assess readiness, and look for fundamental areas required for Mode 2
 Dipstick for transformation within the teams
 Kick Off for ProDigi 2.0 (Microservices based architecture)
