Aflo, with the above-cited subject. Implementation of road clearing shall be in accordance with the respective community quarantine (CQ) classification of the LGUs, as declared by the President, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), or the LGU itself. The following scenarios shall apply: z Community Quarantine Classification of the LGU | Expected Degree of Implementation New Normal/ Post Quarantine Scenario Full Implementation (defined in the ‘attached Memorandum Circular) Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) | Full Implementation (defined in the attached Memorandum Circular) General Community Quarantine (GQ) Partial Implementation (defined in the attached Memorandum Circular) Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) Suspended Implementation Enhanced Community Quarantine (EC) ‘Suspended Implementation ‘The resumption of the implementation of road clearing is on November 16, 2020 to give LGUs an enough time to prepare for this policy. They are given until January 15, 2021 to sufficiently comply with this Memorandum Circular. The validation of provincial, city, and municipal compliance with this Memorandum Circular shall be conducted on January 18-22, 2020. However, additional guidelines on the conduct of assessment and validation, including rubrics and parameters, form/s to be used, and the consolidation thereof, shall be provided through a succeeding issuance. Our transition to New Normal calls for the need to ensure that our roads reman safe, accessible, and free from illegal and potentially hazardous encroachments. That is, all Barangays implementing road clearing, whether partial or full implementation, are hereby directed to Tesume the submission of their regular reports to this level, in the same manner provided for in DILG Advisory dated January 8, 2020, therein duly noting their community quarantineclassification and degree of implementation. Submission of report for the month of November shall reach this level not later than December 10, 2020. Moreover, all LGUs are enjoined to update the names of validation team members (Provincial/City Municipal level) thru link: https: 1 for the creation of Regional Order not later than November 13, 2020. Relative thereto, kindly cause the widest dissemination of this issuance to all LGUs and others concerned under your respective areas of jurisdiction for their guidance and appropriate actions.
