A typical day in a call center includes taking phone call
from clients who are looking for some type of custom
service

I have the idea of working in a call center due to the


ability I have in handling computers, I also have customer
service courses in such a way, I have the necessary tools
to work in a call center. A great attitude and aptitude
towards service and help towards the client, I always
think of Concentrix or Ibex since in these call centers I
have many affinities with their daily development, for
example I can help solve a problem related to hardware,
software, or Back- office.
