GRO)1. Introduct
HBNP-1, HBNP-1bis, HBNP-6 are three wells (the first two already on production and the last
‘one is a new wells) in ZOI phase 1 and phase 2 project which will be processed on BRN CTH.
Actually the Oil of HBNP-1 and HBNP-Lbis are processed on BBK CPF.
In the new configuration the production of the three wells will be sent through a new 6” inch
flowline to CTH ROM. There it will be mixed with the actual CTH ROM production and after a
separation process will be sent through the existing flowlines to CTH BRN.
The FA studies in this technical note were made for a fast track solution, to verify the
feasibility of the proposed connections using the available materials.2.1 Actul configuration and production data

3. Flow Assurance simulation HBNP1 wells to CTH ROM:
A flow assurance study was carried out, using Prosper Software, in order to understand the
operating conditions of the new configuration. The study were made for a fast track solution
using the available materials (6”inch flowline) and verifying the flow assurance on the
flowline.
In the table below is reported the simulation results with a sensitivity on WC (0-10-20%):

From the simulation we need a pressure between 21 and 25 barg at HBNP MFD to reach the
ROM CTH (3 barg). The flow regime on the lines is shown in the graphs below:
DP Friction: 16,9 bar
DP Gravity: 0,8 bar
|
|
DP Friction: 18,7 bar
DP Gravity: 0,9 bar
DP Friction: 20,7 bar
DP Gravity: 1 bar
The fluid dynamic regime will be frictional along all the flowline.
Considering the low WHP of HBNP1 and HBNP1bis, itis recommended to install a MPP
considering the high pressure required.
Svetion: discharge:Conclusions :
HBNP-1, HBNP-ibis, HBNP-6 are three wells (the first two already on production and the last
one is a new wells) in ZOI phase 1 and phase 2 project which will be processed on BRN CTH.
In the new configuration the production of the three wells will be sent through a new 6” inch
flowline to CTH ROM. There it will be mixed with the actual CTH ROM production and after a
separation process will be sent through the existing flowlines to CTH BRN.
To be noted that the FA studies in this technical note were made for a fast track solution
using the available materials (6”inch flowline).
The simulation results indicated a high frictional losses due to the high flow rate in the li
and a required pressure on HBNP manifold about 25 bar. With these pressures to ensure the
production of the wells we recommend the installation a MPP with a suction pressure
between 5 and 10 barg and a discharge pressure between 25 and 30 bare.
