    1. The company creation.
    The creation of a company it is a large process, which needs some requirements stablished at the Corporate
    Enterprises Act.

    Before getting into the company creation process, we are going to focus on the general aspects of the
    Capitalistic Companies.
    Firstly, it’s essential to know that capitalistic companies reflect the contract of two or even more people,
    who are willing to develop an economic activity together. Even if the essential nature of Capitalistic
    Companies is the contract between people, there’re firms which are composed by only one partner. These
    are sole-partner companies.
