Introduction.
Companies today are in the need to incorporate new technologies (IT),
which allow automating processes, creating strategies and objectives driven
by innovation and sustainable development, always seeking to acquire
competitive advantages and positioning in the market, which allows the
satisfaction of all interest groups, in this order of ideas, it is necessary to
create intellectual property that allows it to differentiate itself from the
competition.
For the registration of intellectual property there are several obstacles,
many of them due to the management in the organization, in this sense, a
diagnosis must be created that allows to identify and solve for the
compliance of intellectual property, creating an added value that is difficult
to overcome by the competition.
Objectives.

Conclusions.

Organizations must promote innovation and development for the creation of

ideas that allows the acquisition of knowledge in order to create a value
proposition in a short time and register of intellectual property for
positioning in the market.
It is important to carry out a diagnosis within the company that allows
identifying weaknesses to solve them, generating strategies that optimize
processing times, creating a difference with respect to the competition in
the same sector, opening new markets and investments.
The people who are part of the organization are a fundamental resource to
be able to improve the productivity of the company, as well as the
acquisition of knowledge that allows continuous improvement and reduction
of time for the registration of intellectual property, such as the acquisition of
technological resources and efficient infrastructure that allows to mitigate
the margins of error in the company.
