PROPOSAL REGARDING

THE MARCE WORK BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

Introduction

I´ve have been working here since 2016 and I have never seen improvements in environment
department. Clearly, these office improvements are required. Due to a small budget, I would
like to offer the following suggestions:

Seating

It seems that the furniture in our office is intolerable. Lately, workers complain of back pain. In
addition, workers report that the furniture is worn, as well as unattractive. I therefore suggest
that you buy second-hand furniture. With this pandemic, many companies have closed and the
owners are selling their furniture in good working order. I have a list of these.

Decor

I know that if you hire a professional decorator you would put the project over budget. My
suggestion is to schedule an activity named “The great cleaning” where workers can remove
the old décor. Besides, they can bring some new or used things to decorate like plants,
pictures, clock, and other things.

Conclusion

It is possible to make good improvements in our office without going over budget. It depends
on each worker creativity and as much as become involved with this project.
