RECOMMENDATION

Mobile technology has expanded across the globe exponentially. Today, more than 5 billion
individuals are estimated to have mobile devices, and over half of these contacts are
smartphones. But, either through nations or within them, the increase of mobile technology to
date has not been equal. After evaluating all the alternative course of action, one of the tip is to
have a computer and an application that is needed for the online interview just like zoom,
skype, FaceTime. We also recommend offering a recruitment advertising which lets companies
reach applicants around the network, strengthen their work identity, and create a reliable
talent pool that can finally be recruited. Recruiting advertisement has become a prominent and
essential strategy for employers to reach the workers they need. In addition to attracting active
job applicants, recruiters and talent management professionals now use recruiting ads as a
medium, but also to engage, promote and cultivate potential applicants through the applicant
journey. Though recruiting advertising is only one aspect of the digital marketing process, it is
relevant in every company for all forms of employers, both small and large.
