Professional Self-Analysis

Reflecting on the days of being a novice nurse, I am grateful for all of

the experiences and opportunities that have generated growth within my
career. While I am motivated to further my education, I take pride in the
challenges I have overcome, and the skill sets I have achieved over the
years. With experience in med-surg, palliative care, oncology, telemetry,
pediatrics, and anesthesia, I serve as a great addition to any healthcare
team. I value respect and collaboration among staff members, and will
strive to advocate for the needs of each and every patient. I desire to be a
part of a committed team whose common goal is to positively affect the
lives of others through holistic, quality care.
