Psychomotor:
1- Students will be able to forego 2 of 1-minute stations at their own personal
tempo.
2- Students will be able to warm-up and cool-down from a high intensity work out
Cognitive:
1- Students will be able to distinguish which station has particular work outs
assigned to the station.
2- Students will remember how to do each exercise for this lesson.

Affective:
1- Students will have full-participation and a positive attitude knowing a HITT based
workout will be endured.
2- Students will motivate their classmates to finish their workout together.
