I am a retained student from ST11P2 and I failed most of my subjects because I enrolled late

and I was not able to catch up on my studies. The reason why I am enrolled late is

that I was attending a funeral service for a week of the late Pastor of our church and the

day before the burial I noticed that there are small blisters around my body and I told my

mother that we should go see the Doctor to know what it happening in my body. and we
immediately go to the nearest clinic and after check-up the Doctor told me that I have
chickenpox and I need to stay at home because it is contagious. I stayed at home for almost 21
days and at that time the enrollment for the second semester has ended so I did try to be
enrolled in second semester I did bring our late pastors death certificate and also my medical to
the principal's office just to be enrolled and also to notify why I am enrolled late. I am asking
your permission to be enrolled in the second semester and I promise and well sincere
committing to study hard and to do my best to fulfill my commitment's in this second semester.
I will do my homework and performance tasks towards aiming to pass and have a good grade.
