St Joseph Engineering College Mangaluru — 575 028 Ref: SJEC/VP/Cir/2016/353 Date: 21 Nov 2016 CIRCULAR In view of VTU circular VTU/Aca/UG-Cir/2016-17/5765, dated 03 Nov 2016 specifying the breakup of Internal Assessment Marks for UG students under CBCS scheme, all faculty are requested to show the breakup of the marks on the cover sheet of the blue book itself. Marks obtained in Internal tests may be reduced Proportionately for 15 marks and- an additional entry showing marks in assignments, seminars, quiz, etc, ( out of 5 marks) may be shown in the same row. Final Sessional Marks shown on the blue book should be the total of both the components of the IA Marks. These final marks (out of 20) may be entered online, both into the Google Apps sheet, as well as VTU IA Marks entry.
