METHOD OF STUDY

The method used is the doctrinal research method. A doctrinal research

means a research that is carried out on a legal proposition by way of
analysing the existing statutory propositions and cases by applying the
reasoning power.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To understand what damages actually means.

2. To understand what may comprise of non-deliveries .
3. To apply this concept at the new age of the internet.
4. To understand the position of law in this matter in India and some other countries
5. To study different cases and understand the rational given by the courts .

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

Situation on the cases of non dilevery can be generalized or they are too specific? What
are the different forms of damages can be given? What may comprise damages? What is
the position of law in different countries in this matter?

HYPOTHESIS:
The researcher believes that even though the principles have alredy laid down but due
to the new advent of Internet new laws are required
