Paraphrased: Some individuals feel that the lack of
physical exercise combined with poor dietary habits

This method can be understood and used in twodifferent
ways.
A. By directly interchanging the clauses in a sentence.
B. By interchanging the clauses as well as using synonyms.
Both these methods can be used in the IELTS exam.Direct method ;
* Eg: Adult life brings more happiness, in spite of
greater responsibilities.
* Paraphrased: In spite of greater responsibilities,
adult life brings more happiness.
* In this approach, we have interchanged the
phrases. However, it is not advised to repeat the
exact words from the question. Hence, approach B
is a better one.Method 2: Changing the order of clauses + synon
* This is a kind of hybrid approach where we change the word order
as well as use synonyms.
* Eg: Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing
traffic and pollution problems.
* Paraphrased: The most effective method to deal with issues like
traffic congestion and pollution is to increase the price of petrol.
* Note that in this sentence, we have changed the order of the

* Paraphrased: Visiting regions like the Sahara
desert and the Antarctic where the weather
