Norms & Impact-

Positive Norms-
1. While deciding a time for team meeting we use to take a consensue for everyone
and then plan accoriding to that
Also we make sure we join within 2 minutes of the starting time of the meeting.
--> It helps in boosting productivity and we wrap up the meeting within the planned
time. It helps in optimising time.

2. We give the group tasks as priority. If a person is involved in any other

committe or any other work we make sure we are done with our group tasks.
--> It doesn't create hustle at the last time and we are done with the work much
before time

3. Also, we take the views of everyone and if we take any decision its on the
consensus of everyone.
-> So through is there is transparency and communication clarity among the members.

Negative Norms-
1. When we are subdivided among our group sometimes it happen there is a lack of
communcation we are able to achieve the subgroup objectives but as a group
we are not able to achieve the objectives.
