TASK 1 (I´m sorry)

At the beginning of the quarantine, when I was learning how study online I have a problem.

The problem was my WIFI connection, that day was a horrible weather, and my modem broke
down. I called to TELMEX and they never answered me, I was really worried because I had an exam
the next day. It was terrible!. I had to apologize to my teacher and ask him for help. He said: “Don
´t worry Montse”. I felt better and the teacher evaluated me differently. That time everything was
well but TELMEX doesn´t answer me from then until now but my parents changed from internet
service company and now the problem is solve.
