be provided on a bank to bank via SWIFT MT799 upon receipt and review of the Full Corporate Offer or
other sufficient and satisfactory proof of life from the SELLER to our client.

whatsoever on the part of neither this bank nor any of its officers; in addition to and not in derogation
of the aforementioned, the said information may not be delivered to nor relied upon by any other
