In our opinion we think that the international business is not being too lax about the abuses of

intellectual property rights because it is intangible asset of that provides legal right to the inventor or
company of the product. Countries are not neglecting anti-piracy regulation however they cannot
control the increase of production and distribution of pirated products that spreads across Asian
countries moreover authorities of respective countries having difficulty to handle and manage the actual
infringement situations because rules of antipiracy to fight piracy can damage business relations with
others especially countries that does not strictly impose such law.
