Taguiran- HRTD Officer In response to the challenges of the delivery of Basic Education in the new normal situation for School Year 2020-2021, the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Davao del Norte shall hold an Online Division Training of Trainers (DTOT) on Learning Management System (LMS) on July 20-24, 2020 through a link that will be provided to the identified participants from the ten (10) Elementary schools-districts, forty-two (42) Junior High Schools and twenty-six (26) Senior High Schools. ‘The said online training aims to build the capacity of trainers to conduct subsequent trainings in their respective schools-districts and secondary schools particularly on provid- ing teachers with concrete understanding on the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs), use of LMS in the delivery of the learning standards and competencies, and rais- ing their belief to continually strive to perform best in the new normal using the different modalities. ‘The following are the expected participants of the said online training: For Elementary (Per district) 1.
