Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the shirt purchased from your online store last Wednesday, 25 January.

First of all, I would like to point out that the shirt was the wrong size. When I got home and tried the
shirt on I noticed that it was too tight and did not fit me. Furthermore, two of the buttons on the shirt
were missing. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. It was an expensive item which was
advertised as a high-quality product, but in fact has failed to impress me.

In addition, when I called your helpline last Wednesday to complain about this item, the helpline advisor
was extremely rude and did not want to listen to me. He kept interrupting me and even hung up before I
could ask to speak to someone else.

I would either like to change the item to another one or receive a full refund.
