My favorite holiday is called Independence Day because of we celebrate one more year of

liberty. We’ve been Spanish’s slaves.

It is celebrated each year on July 24.
The next year we’re going to celebrate 200 years of this holiday. A few hours before
Independence day starts, I feel very excited about this holiday.
It is my favorite holiday because of two reasons: At first, they are days off, so that’s mean
that we don’t have to work and stude. And finally, it’s also a great opportunity for families
to walk through the Lima Streets and participate quietly in culinary and cultural activities.
As it turns out of the free days, it is a tradition that many people travel, for example:
Lunahuana is a very popular town because happily there is a lot of sun all year round and
you can get into the river quietly and after that you can participate in many activities such as
"canopy ", you must be brave to do it. In addition to this, there are many people from Peru
who decide to decorate their house or their building in red and white, they also have parties,
concerts with many artists who participate in this day and it is so incredible.
It has always liked me because I can spend a good time and get together with my family or
with my friends.
Finally, I could say which these days off are the best not just for me, they’re the best for all
Peruvian population because each family gets together.
