Record a one-minute video of yourself at your dining table at home while eating breakfast or
lunch. Mention:

a. What you are eating,

b. how you feel in that moment,
c. what you like the most, and
d. all the stuff you’re using while eating (cutlery, tableware, etc.).

Important aspects to consider:

Introduce yourself (name, age and major),

You have to appear on the video.

You have to speak in a natural and spontaneous way. Do not read!! Videos in which the student
appears reading will not be evaluated.

The video must be only one-minute long. Longer videos will not be evaluated.

Make sure the quality (volume and image) of your video is good enough for your teacher to listen
and evaluate.
