Methodology:

Amin Sir for giving us this opportunity to work with such a renowned industry, which is RMG
industry. We are thankful to have Sir’s support; it would not be possible for us to complete this
study without his instructions and suggestions. We express our deep indebtedness to him for his

This report depends on both primary and secondary sources. The secondary sources, which have

been looked into, are books, diaries, reports, newspaper and information from different official

and informal sources. For primary sources, information from authentic sources have been

gathered from Bangladesh organization of work considers (BILS), a center gathering

conversation with various laborers from the RMG parts. We have additionally utilized web

sources to gather data on industrial relation, the industrial distribute settlement procedure and

Bangladesh Labor Act 2006.
