Brief Description about complaint Dear Sir,

I have applied for Voter ID card

before 7 months, But Till date i
have not received the original ID
card. I have contacted to BLO, She
replied to collect it from Tehsil. I
have visited Tehsil 3 times but they
people have informed me that they
have not my Voter ID card with them.
I am in need of my Voter ID card
badly.

I have revived the EPIC number on my

registered mobile number that is
NDT4876652 Part No:10 S No:1419
Polling Center : REYAN International
School.

Requesting you to please do needful

in this regard. Please post my Voter
ID card on following Address.
