 Start low and get a lot of small projects to gain a lot of experience
 Hire at least two persons that has background in Engineering works
 When the firm gets bigger, make a bigger office and hire more employees
 Hire more Civil Engineers with different expertise
 Make an Organizational Structure to ensure order in the growing firm
 Start a hardware store to gain more profit
 Always do balancing and scheduling to avoid overflowing of works
 Have people to always check absenteeism to avoid problems
