ln the interest of service, the Tripartite Consultative Councils (TCCS) of the Biodiesel and
Bioethanol Sectors in the Biofuels lndustry and the Sugar Tripartite Council (STC)
Selection Committee is hereby re-convoned to evaluate, deliberate, and select the sectoral
representatives of the STC and the TCCs of the Biodiesel and Bioethanol Sectors in the Biofuels
lndustry tor CY 2020-2023 and shall be composed of the following:

The Committee, through the Bureau of Workers with Special Concems (BWSC), shall formulate
the criteria for selection and procedures for the objective selection of the STC/TCC sectoral
representatives. Upon deliberation, lhe Committee shall immediately submit a report of-the
proceedings and endorse the selected members of the said councils to the undersigned to facilitate
the signing and issuance of respective appointments.
