Reschedule of Board Meeting dated 31st August, 2020

This has reference to our letter dated 4 August, 2020 informing about the Board meeting scheduled on
31st August, 2020, inter-alia,

|) to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone &
Consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December, 2019.
2) to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone &
Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2020.
3) to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone &
Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30" June, 2020.
4) Chairman's update on current and future operations of the Company and other agendas

Please note that amongst others due to continuous lockdown, continued health issue of the Chairman
& Managing Director and other operational challenges due to the CoVID 19 pandemic, preparation,
finalization and audit of the accounts is taking time and therefore the aforesaid Board Meeting
scheduled on 31st August, 2020 stands rescheduled and will now be held on Wednesday, 30%
September, 2020.

Please note that in terms of the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by
insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window close period
had commenced from ‘st April, 2020 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results
to the Sfock Exchanges.

This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
