(2) To review Project, determine time frame, funding li ‘ations, procedures for accomplishing project. Keep the Director informed at each stage and submit monthly. reports of progress. (3) To direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget. (4) To coordinate with various agencies involved like Client, Consultants, Contractors, Estimation, Tendering, Rate analysis and contract management of construction projects ete, (5) To make safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health safety and the environment are adhered to. iG (7) He will be responsible for strengthening of working relationship between lIM Ranchi, the Will be responsible to maintain all records with proper documentation. (11) He will report to the Director of IIM Ranchi The terms of reference and other conditions are as under: (1)The Contractual appointment as Project Manager will be initially made for a period of one year. It is extendable depending upon the period of requirement subject to satisfactory performance. (2)The period of the contractual appointment shall not be considered as regular service for the purposes of pension or any other retirement benefits from 1IM Ranchi, (3) The contractual appointment may be terminated at any time for unsatisfactory performance by the Institute by serving notice of 30 days and in the case any misconduct including, but not limited to, ‘misappropriation, negligence without any prior notice. (4) General instructions regarding terms & conditions for contractual appointment as issued from time to time, will be applicable and binding on the appointee. {5) In case any such appointee desired to resign, he may do so by giving notice of 30 days in writing to the Competent Authority. After expiry of the notice period, the appointee may be relieved after handing over full charge of records to the relieving officer as decided by the Management.
