CHAPTER IV

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This chapter will discuss the data on the customers’ preference on cocktails and beer in

catering events in Tacloban City, in terms of the demographic profile, preference of the alcoholic

beverages served during catering events and factors considered in regards with customers

preference of alcoholic beverage.

The data and information gathered from the survey of 30 randomly selected respondents

of Nice Catering shall be deliberated in this chapter and reported information includes precision of

measurement and statistical analysis.

For the demographic profile, the following were considered: age, gender and nationality.

For the preference towards alcoholic beverages, the following were considered: Tuba, Beer and

Cocktail.

And for factors, the researcher considered the top choice for the customer’s preference of

alcoholic beverage, in regards to: Beer, its alcoholic content, taste, and size; Cocktail, its taste or

authenticity; and Tuba, for being cultural related or its taste.
