1- The rates of the Carriage are inclusive of Profit & overheads.
2- The rates are applicable to carriage of material on pacca roads only. For
katcha roads an allowance of 25% extra shall be allowed.
3. For hilly areas 25% above the rates in the plain areas shall be allowed for
total kilometers covered (in hilly area).
