INSTRUCTIONS STRICTLY TO BE FOLLOWED BY ADVOCATES / APP :-

1. The “Lobby” freature is enabled by default. Participants should wait in the virtual lobby until
admitted. Advocates should leave the meeting after their case is over unless they also have a
later case.

2. All participants must have their case number and name shown when logged in (e.g.”1-Adv
XYZ”). PERSONS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE SERIAL NOS. AND NAMES SHOWN
WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE MEETING. THIS APPLIES TO PARTIES IN
PERSON AND LITIGANTS / REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING ALSO. The Webex app
allows users to rename themselves after logging in by clicking on the name icon in the top
right.

3. MICROPHONES AND VIDEO ARE TO BE KEPT OFF UNTIL THE ADVOCATE IS

CALLED UPON BY THE COURT TO ADDRESS. If there is a disruption, there will be one
warning. If the disruption persists, the Court may expel the person from the meeting. Use of
headphones/earphones is recommended to minimize the chance of ‘audio feedback’
interference.

4. Please ensure sufficient bandwidth and connectivity of at least 1Mbps. Advocates must
ensure that they are seated in a quiet and sober environment with no background noise.
