GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS


This Contract is published on the www.duomomilano.it website and posted on all Places of Interest that can be visited,
i.e.: the Cathedral, the Baptistery of San Giovanni alle Fonti, the Museo del Duomo, the Terraces, the Baptistery of
Santo Stefano, the Church of Santa Maria Annunciata in Camposanto and the Church of San Gottardo in Corte.
The purchase and/or the use of the Ticket implies the Purchaser's and/or Holder's unconditional acceptance of this
Contract for all legal purposes. The access to the Church of Santa Maria Annunciata in Camposanto is free.

1. Subject
These general contractual conditions govern the purchase and the use of the Tickets for the Duomo Monumental
Complex and the Places of Interest, as well as the rules of conduct that shall be complied with when visiting the
aforementioned locations.

2. Definitions
The following definitions shall apply to this document, it being understood that plural definitions shall also apply
to the relevant singular term and vice-versa:

 Ticket Purchaser: the person who purchases the Ticket directly from the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo or
an Authorised Reseller.
 Ticket Office: office responsible for selling entry tickets to get into the various Places of Interest of the
Duomo Monumental Complex.
 Ticket/s: valid document/s whose production enables the Ticket Purchaser/Visitor to access the Duomo
Monumental Complex or - separately - the Cathedral, the Baptistery of San Giovanni alle Fonti, the Terraces
and the Museum of the Cathedral. It/They is/are the only Contract between the Veneranda Fabbrica del
Duomo and the Ticket Purchaser or Visitor.
 Duomo Monumental Complex: all Places of Interest that can be visited, i.e. the Cathedral, the Baptistery of
San Giovanni alle Fonti, the Museo del Duomo, the Terraces, the Baptistery of Santo Stefano, the Church of
Santa Maria Annunciata in Camposanto and the Church of San Gottardo in Corte.
 Contract: it means the present document, which, together with the provisions published on the website and
posted on the Cathedral, the Baptistery of San Giovanni alle Fonti, the Museo del Duomo, the Terraces, the
Baptistery of Santo Stefano, the Church of Santa Maria Annunciata in Camposanto and the Church of San
Gottardo in Corte, establishes the rules that govern the access to and the fruition of the Duomo Monumental
Complex.
 Place of Interest: the Cathedral, the Baptistery of San Giovanni alle Fonti, the Museo del Duomo, the
Terraces, the Baptistery of Santo Stefano, the Church of Santa Maria Annunciata in Camposanto and the
Church of San Gottardo.
 Visitor: the Ticket Purchaser and/or whoever presents the Ticket to access the Duomo Monumental Complex
or one of the Places of Interest that constitutes it and exercises any right under this Contract.
 Group: for Group access, group numbers can range from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 50 individuals,
excluding the group or tourist guide. Groups may be school, religious or tourist.
 Public: individuals and groups who purchase Tickets for personal use.
 Authorised Reseller: subject appointed by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo pursuant to the Ticket
Resale Contract and who, therefore, is authorised to sell Tickets to the public(TicketOne S.p.A. - Registered

+39023922670, or every other reseller identified by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano in the
online platforms which are considered more appropriated for the ticket’s sale and the Visitors Services, such
as Audioguides and Guided Tours)
 Website: the www.duomomilano.it official website.
 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo: Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano, established in 1387 by Gian
Galeazzo Visconti, is the historical organisation responsible for preserving and restoring the Cathedral. For
over six hundred years, it has been working on the preservation and architectural and artistic restauration of
Milan Cathedral, it has been coordinating management activities, acting as a custodian for liturgical activity
and guaranteeing the enhancement and promotion of the extraordinary artistic, cultural and historical heritage
that Milan's symbol possesses and expresses.
 Fabbrica Servizi: company that manages a number of services, including the ticketing service, on behalf of
the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo.

3. TICKETS
3.1 To access and visit the Duomo Monumental Complex or one of its Places of Interest it is necessary to hold a

valid Ticket, which must be kept for the entire period of the visit and validated at the exit. Only tickets
purchased through the website, one of the authorised ticket offices or the Authorised Reseller or other
subjects duly authorised to sell the tickets by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo shall be deemed valid. The
opening hours of authorised ticket offices are the following:

Opening hours: every day (except 25th December) from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm

GROUPS BOOKING OFFICE

Opening hours: Winter opening times (November-April): 9.30 am - 5.15 pm. Summer opening times (May-
October): 9.00 am - 5.45 pm

TICKET OFFICE 2
(Palazzo Reale - Piazza del Duomo, 12 at the Grande Museo del Duomo)
Opening hours: Tuesday – Sunday from 8.45 am to 6 pm. Last ticket 5.00 pm
Closed on Wednesday

If the ticket is either purchased from unauthorised Third Parties or stolen, forged, illegible (for reasons that
are not the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo's responsibility) copied or obtained in breach of this Contract, the
Visitor:
 If he/she is at the entrance, he/she will not have access to the Duomo Monumental Complex and/or the
Place of Interst;
 If he/she is already inside the Duomo Monumental Complex and/or in a Place of Interest, he/she will be
escorted to the exit.

3.2 With respect to the above, a Ticket may not be sold on for commercial gain, exchanged with another Ticket or
delivered for commercial, advertising or promotional aims (such as, for instance, contest prizes, etc.) without
obtaining the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo's prior written consent.
3.3 The Visitor may access the website, contact the Duomo Info Point (at its office in Milan, Piazza Duomo no. 18,
telephone 02-72023375) to find out about opening hours and possible date and time changes or any other
elements regarding the opening of the Duomo Monumental Complex.

4. Ticket price and collection methods


4.1 The Ticket price is the price shown on the Ticket itself, inclusive of fees due to the Authorised Reseller (if
any). All prices are VAT-exempt.
4.2 In order to issue free Tickets and concession Tickets, staff will check veracity of the requisites by examinating
the requester's ID card or badge (disabled; members of the Army, tour guide, tour leader).
4.3 Depending on the purchase channel used, the Ticket may be issued in the following formats:
a) paper format, if purchased from a Ticket Office;
b) electronic format (downloadable e-mail voucher), if purchased on the Internet channel of the Authorised
Reseller and/or on the website, with possibility of advance purchase of the Tickets.
4.4 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo and the Authorised Reseller shall issue specific instructions about each
distribution channel on their respective websites. Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo may not be held liable for
tickets purchased from other subjects.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds


5.1 Tickets already issued are valid until 31 December of the year in which they were purchased.
5.2 Tickets are non-refundable, even the validated ones.
5.3 Events such as adverse weather conditions, security and public order reasons or other organisational or
technical factors that are not attributable to the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo may force the latter to change
opening hours, access methods (including ascent and descent the Terraces), visit duration or any events
planned at the Duomo Monumental Complex or at the Place of Interest.
5.4 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo shall not be liable for any of the aforementioned occurrences.
5.5 Veneranda Fabbrica is not obliged to replace a ticket which has been lost, damaged, destroyed, stolen,

expired and/or illegible. This list is intended to be illustrative and not limiting.
5.6 Tickets are purchasable in advance; once the payment has been confirmed, they will not be changeable or
refundable even in the eventuality that the Visitor decides not to visit the Duomo Monumental Complex for
personal reasons, such as organizational ones and/or waiting timing (these reasons are intended to be
illustrative and not limiting).

6. Payment methods
6.1 Tickets may be purchased at Ticket Offices using cash, debit or credit card.
6.2 The ticket may be paid even through the Website and the Authorised Seller.
6.3 Other payment methods will have to be specifically agreed with the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di
Milano by submitting an e-mail request to the address: info@duomomilano.it.

7. Code of conduct
7.1 The Visitor must comply with the Code of Conduct posted at the entrance of and inside the Duomo
Monumental Complex and a Place of Interest, which is also published on the website. Furthermore, he/she
must comply with the guidelines that the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo or Public Security Authorities shall
deem necessary to implement from time to time for technical and/or organisational reasons.
7.2 Visitors are not allowed to stay in the Duomo Monumental Complex and in the Place of Interest for a period
of time longer than the one here indicated or by site staff:

 Duomo: 120 minutes


 Archaeological Area: 30 minutes
 Terraces: 60 minutes
 Grande Museo del Duomo and San Gottardo in Corte Church: 90 minutes

7.3 In order to access the Duomo Monumental Complex, the Visitor will have to be dressed appropriately.
7.4 To enter the Duomo Monumental Complex, all groups must book a day and time slot in advance through the
website's booking section.
7.5 Bookings may be subject to cancellation due to the services’ celebration or other extraordinary and
organisational reasons of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo. Any changing shall be notified as soon as
feasible by service personnel via e-mail or using the contacts methods notified at the time of booking.
7.6 It is possible to change or cancel the booking on the website www.booking.duomomilano.it or by contacting
the Group Office via e-mail at the email address: booking@duomomilano.it.
7.7 For their own safety, Visitors are invited to exercise due care inside the Duomo Monumental Complex and
comply with notices as well as the Code of Conduct shown near every Place of Interest. Veneranda Fabbrica
del Duomo may not be held liable for the consequences of careless or negligent behaviour on the part of the
Visitor.
7.8 The Visitor gives his/her consent to security checks prior to the visit. Security checks may also include
limited frisking of the Visitor and inspection of his/her luggage and/or other personal belongings. Such
preventive measures are decided at the discretion of Public Security Authority representatives responsible for
monitoring access and safeguarding Visitors' security and safety, whose orders does not depend on the
Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo’s will.
7.9 To access the Terraces, people with motor and/or mental disabilities must be attended by a companion.
7.10 In order to access and visit the Duomo Monumental Complex and the Place of Interest,
the Visitor must comply with the following provisions:

 accepting this Contract and complying with it;


 not disturbing the peace and/or the safety of other Visitors;
 respecting the sanctity of places of worship, keeping quiet;
 submitting to the Police checks.

7.11 Inside the Duomo Monumental Complex, it is not allowed to introduce the
following objects and/or objects of the same kind or type, in order to be illustrative and not limiting:

 guns, fire arms, explosive devices, explosive material, fireworks, smoke candles, torches, toy weapons,
reproduction and imitation weapons that could be mistaken for real ones, compressed-air or carbon
dioxide weapons such as guns, pellet weapons, carabines and ball guns, flare guns and starter guns, bows,
crossbows and arrows, harpoon throwers and spear guns, slings and catapults; neutralising devices such as
stun rifles, teaser guns and electric-shock bastons, devices for stunning and killing animals; chemical, gas

and spray substances capable of debilitating of paralysing effects, such as pepper spray, tear gas, acids and
animal repellents; cutting devices such as axes, swords, sabres, hatchets and cleavers, ice axes and ice
picks, razor blades, Stanley knives, knives, scissors, excluding: nail clippers and files, small and small
rounded toe scissors, eyelash curler, everything which is contained in small travel beauty cases, winter
umbrellas and summer parasols; objects with a sharp end, martial arts equipment with a sharp point or a
sharp edge; helmets of any type, even if hand-held, adjustable photo sticks, laser pointers, balloons,
musical instruments (drums, trumpets, musical instruments of any kind) loudspeakers and other PA system
or amplifiers; drugs, poisons, harmful substances, flammable materials excluding sanitizing gel products
for personal use every kind of deodorant in size of 100 gr/169 ml ca., lighters, perfumers of a maximum
size of 50 ml (half measure), hairclips and brooches, paint or other staining material, excluding writing
and drawing instruments, food and drink of any kind, excluding medicines contained in glass boxes;
 animals, including small ones;
 banners, signs, horizontal banners, flags, documents, drawings, printed or written material, signs and
symbols containing propaganda for political, ideological or religious doctrines

7.12 Inside the Duomo Monumental Complex, the following behaviours are absolutely forbidden:

 any behaviour that may cause an hazard and/or jeopardise the safety of the Visitors or others;
 any behaviour that may cause an hazard and/or endanger the artworks, the architectural and
archaeological structures;
 to touch and/or damage the artworks, the architectural and archaeological structures;
 any behaviour that constitutes a breach of public order and/or decency according to the judgement of
Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, including, for instance: smoking, using telephone, gambling, collecting
money in an unauthorised way, carrying out promotional activities both as an individual and as a group,
organising political, sports or recreational activities, sunbathing on the Terraces or in the churchyard,
wearing masks;
 the sale of goods by unauthorised subjects or in unauthorised places; unauthorised sale of Tickets;
 the unauthorised transmission and/or recording of data, for commercial purposes, using cellular
telephones or other devices (video cameras, cameras, recorders, etc.);
 the access of unauthorised reporters and journalists with recording devices, video cameras and/or
cameras;
 to access or to attempt the access to reserved areas;
 the request for money or other goods without authorisation (for instance: beggars, musicians or singers at
the entrance of or inside the Cathedral, the Terraces and the Duomo Museum);
 the access to the entire Monumental Complex in gown or suit (for instance: bridal gown, tail-coat, tight
etc) inside the Cathedral, Terraces and in the churchyard, except for weddings celebrated in the Cathedral
or in occasion of events or ceremony with Sacrament organized by the Duomo; every kind of
photographic or video shooting in the Cathedral, on the Terraces and in the churchyard;
 to enter to the Monumental Complex wearing footwear with metallic sole or other materials that could be
dangerous for the ancient floor (for example: bike shoes, crampons, football shoes).

8. Access to the Terraces


8.1 For safety reasons, it is not advisable to access the Terraces with high heeled shoes and/or shoes that may
hamper walking, since there are very narrow and steep sections.
8.2 It is also severely prohibited to access the Terraces with bare feet.
8.3 Visitors are reminded that children younger than 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (a person
of at least 18 years of age), who must hold their hand during the visit to the Terraces.
8.4 Accessing the Terraces with prams and push-chairs is only allowed if the latter are folded and not used. The
path is difficult because there are steep connection staircases and very narrow passages.
8.5 Visitors with motor disabilities requiring the use of special technical aids may access the Terraces using the
South lift, ascending from the facade, since they have access to the retro choir area only on Saturdays and
Sundays, for technical reasons. Visitors with severe disabilities may access the Terraces only if they are
accompanied. Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo personnel are relieved of all responsibility in the event of
failure to comply with this condition.

9. Access to the Cathedral


9.1 Tour groups must be equipped with visit support devices (radio guides). The equipment can be hired by

booking it online through the booking section of the website. If the group already has its own amplification
system (radioguides) can use it within the Monumental Complex.
9.2 Entry with pushchairs and prams is permitted in the Cathedral.

10. Access to baptismal fonts - archaeological sites


10.1 It is strictly forbidden to:

 entry to the San Giovanni alle Fonti and the Baptistery of Santo Stefano alle Fonti baptismal font;
 Visitors are not allowed to stay on the original floor structure of the Baptistery of San Giovanni alle Fonti
with chairs that can only be positioned in new areas with marble flooring (with prior authorisation of the
Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo).

11. Access to the Grande Museo del Duomo


11.1 Visitors are required:

 not to disturb the quiet of other Visitors, maintaining a moderate tone of voice and activing the telephone’s
silent mode;
 to pre-deposit luggage, bags, big backpacks and umbrellas, which must be collected at the end of the visit.

12. Group access - Cathedral


12.1 The new regulation of accesses to Milan Cathedral has been in force since the 19th of May 2012 and is aimed
at improving the way in which faithful and visitors alike enjoy the Cathedral, ensuring the full respect of this
place of worship:
 minimum 5 and maximum 50 Visitors, excluding the guide and the carers, can access the Cathedral;
 minimum 5 and maximum 50 Visitors, excluding the guide and the carers, can access the Terraces;
 minimum 5 and maximum 25 Visitors, excluding the guide and the carers, can access the Grande Museo
del Duomo . Every 15 minutes a maximum of 25 participant (excluding the guide and the carers) can
access;
 minimum 5 and maximum 50 Visitors, excluding the guide and the carers, can access the Baptistery of
San Giovanni alle Fonti. Every 30 minutes a maximum of 50 participant (excluding the guide and the
carers) can access;
 groups visiting the Baptistery of Santo Stefano can include a maximum of 25 participants.
 groups must book the date and the time slot for their visit in the section booking at www.duomomilano.it.
Groups organized by Veneranda Fabbrica are entitled to priority access, compatibly with the Monumental
Complex organizational needs.

12.2 Booking and hiring microphone systems is compulsory for all groups comprising 5 or more individuals up to
a maximum of 50 individuals, excluding the tour guide and group leader. Children below 6 years are not
included.
12.3 To access the Cathedral, groups must be equipped with technology supplied by the Veneranda Fabbrica del
Duomo or their own equipment.
12.4 Groups without a leader may hire audio guides, now available in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German,
Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese;
12.5 The microphone system must be booked - if the Veneranda Fabbrica's technology is used - or notified - if the
group uses its own system - on www.duomomilano.it, under the booking section;
12.6 In order to be able to use the microphone system, it’s necessary to print the voucher and the confirmation
you’ll receive once you have completed the mandatory booking and to show them to the Group Visits Point
to the right side of the Cathedral's entrance, near the beginning of the Building Site and the low south
churchyard
12.7 Veneranda Fabbrica is not responsible for the eventual loss of the microphone system, for which there will be
a 90,00 Euros penality to be paid on site, at the Group Office.

12.8 Below the Radioguides Rental Services Hours:


Monday to Friday: from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. Last return at 5.45 pm.
Saturday: from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm. Last return at 3.00 pm.
Sunday: from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Last return at 3.00 pm.

Below the Audioguides Rental Services Hours:

Monday to Friday: from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Last rental at 4.30 pm.
Saturday: from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. Last rental at 2.30 pm.
Sunday: closed

12.9 Only groups organized by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo have priority access to the Cathedral, the
Museum and Terraces. Public security or safety reasons may force the Veneranda Fabbrica not to guarantee the
priority access.

13. Fees
13.1 Radioguides:

 Tourist groups:
The cost of the service is 2.50€/p.p. (fee including single-use earphone protection).
Free of charge: children below 6 years of age (who, moreover, are not counted as being part of the group),
disabled people and their companions, tourist guides or tour leaders do not have to pay any fees.
Accompanied children under the age of 6 have no obligation to use a radio/audio-guide

 School and parish groups fees:


The cost of the service is 2.00€/p.p. (fee inclusive of single-use earphone protection).
Free of charge: people with disabilities and person accompanying them; guides or accompanying visitors with
the group. Accompanied children under the age of 6 have no obligation to use a radio/audio-guide.

13.2 Audioguides:

- € 6,00 for each rental of audioguide systems of the Duomo and Museum for individuals (Reduced-price);
- € 5,00 for each rental of audioguide systems of the Duomo or Museum for individuals (reduction);
- € 4,00 for each rental of audioguide systems of the Duomo or Museum for groups;
- € 9,00 for each rental of audioguide systems of the Duomo and Museum for individuals;
- € 6,50 for each rental of audioguide systems of the Duomo and Museum for groups;
- € 4,50 for each rental of audioguide systems with holiday packages;
- € 3,00 for each rental of audioguide systems of the Duomo and Museum for religious groups or school
groups

14. Films, photos and recordings


14.1 The Visitor gives his/her authorisation to being photographed, filmed or recorded by the Veneranda Fabbrica
del Duomo or third parties authorised by the latter. Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo or Third Parties
authorised by it are authorised to broadcast, publish, license and use photographs, images, films and
recordings of the Duomo Monumental Complex that show the Visitor without any payment entitled to the
person.
14.2 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, Third Parties authorised by it and whoever purchases from them the rights
to use the aforementioned material shall not be held liable towards the Visitor for any use of the
aforementioned material in line with applicable Laws.
14.3 Images, videos and sound recordings of the Duomo Monumental Complex taken by the Visitor with a
camera, video camera, mobile phone, tablet, smart phone or audio device cannot be used for purposes other
than domestic and private ones. Therefore, the Visitor may not sell, lease, broadcast, publish or exploit this
material for commercial purposes without prior authorisation of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo.
14.4 During all daily services, it is absolutely prohibited to take photographs.
14.5 It is always forbidden to take photographs from the areas reserved to the worshippers.
14.6 To take audios, videos and photos in the Duomo Monumental Complex for commercial, promotional,
educational or study purposes it is necessary to submit a relevant request form to the Veneranda Fabbrica del
Duomo, which can be downloaded from the PRESS AND PERMITS section of the website.
14.7 All those who take photographs and/or videos are required to deliver a copy of each shot and clip to the
Photographic Archive of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo in Milan.
14.8 Except in the case of specific agreements with the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, the following is
prohibited:

 the presence of extras, spokespeople, actors;


 interviewing public figures;
 recording on Saturdays, Sundays and extraordinary opening hours of the Cathedral and the Terraces;
 making recordings of weddings, baptisms and other events in the Cathedral or on the Terraces.

14.9 For the archaeological site recordings – Baptistery of San Giovanni alle Fonti and Santa Tecla and the
Baptistery of Santo Stefano – it is necessary to obtain the authorisation of the Archaeological Heritage
Department.
14.10 To request the authorisation to use images that have already been taken, please write to
archivio@duomomilano.it.
14.11 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo reserves the right to assert its rights against any breach of this Contract, by
levying fines where appropriate.

15. Storage of small objects:


15.1 Inside the Grande Museo del Duomo it’s provided a storage for small objects, for the Museum Visitors’
exclusive use.
15.2 The storage service has a maximum duration of 60 minutes from the start of the visit, which is the time
estimated to visit the Museum also in consideration of public policy requirements.
15.3 In order to use the small objects’ storage service, the Visitor is required to sign a register with his/her personal
data, the time of the entrance and to deposit an amount of 5,00 Euros, which will be repay at the return of the
locker’s key within 60 minutes from the signature.
15.4 If the Visitor will not return the locker’s key within the 60 minutes period, the amount of 5,00 Euros will be
held as a penality. If the Visitor will return the locker’s key after 120 minutes or more, another penality of 2,00
Euros will be applied for each fraction of 60 minutes.
15.5 For security reasons, the objects left in the lockers after the Museum closure time will be removed and handed
to the Police. The possible intervention of the Police will be evaluated in accordance with the Law.
15.6 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo is not responsible in case of loss, damage or theft of the objects stored in the
lockers.

16. Protection of personal data


16.1 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo, as Data Controller, handles the personal data provided by the Visitor, the
Ticket Holder and those who interact with the web services provided by the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo,
which can be accessed electronically from the www.duomomilano.it domain, in a strictly confidential
manner.
16.2 The Privacy Policy only applies to this website and not to any other websites that the user may browse using
a link on this website. By visiting the website, the visitor implicitly accepts the practices described in the
Privacy Policy.
16.3 The Privacy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Data Protection Law –
and is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001. Information about the Privacy Policy can be viewed on
the website.
16.4 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo encourages parents to monitor their children's Internet usage, for a safe and
filtered viewing of its contents, also through the use of parental controls.
16.5 Veneranda Fabbrica does not process personal data of minors without their parent’s consent.

16.6 With respect to the provision of some services, the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo does not ask users to
reveal their age and/or is not in a position to find out user's age. Therefore, users that are yet to turn 18 are
invited not to communicate their personal data under any circumstance without the permission of one of their
parents.
16.7 Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo reserves the right to block access to its Services to any User who has hidden
the fact that he/she is under age or who has provided his/her personal data without his/her parent consent
even if he/she is below 18 years of age.
16.8 We warn all Visitors that the Duomo Monumental Complex is under video surveillance, for the public and
the artworks’ safety, in compliance with the Privacy Act. It’s possible to consult the extensive information
about the processing of personal data on the website www.duomomilano.it.

17. General arrangements


17.1 This Contract and the website provisions constitute a single contract between the parties.
17.2 This Contract shall be governed by the Italian law and interpreted according to such law.
17.3 Any controversies arising from or linked to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Court of Milan.
17.4 The purchase and/or the use of the Ticket implies and requires prior acceptance of this Contract, without
