Compose the rational daily menu.

1. Body weight at age 10 months M= m0 + 800x6 + 400 (n-6)


M10 = 3200 + 800 x 6 + 400 x 4 = 9600 g =9.6 kg
2. Daily volume of food – Vd = 9600/9 = 1066 ml = 1000 ml
3. 5 times a day.
4. Vt = 1000 ml/ 5 = 200 ml
5. Calorie needs per day E = 100 kcal/kg x 9.6 kg = 960 kcal
6. P = 3,5 g/kg x 9.6 kg = 36,4 g/d
F = 5,5 g/kg x 9.6 kg = 52,8 g/d
C= 14 g/kg x 9.6 kg = 145,6 g/d

Girl is 4,2 years old, who suffers from pancreatitis. Make a one-day menu.
1. M = 10 +2х n = 18 kg V = 1200+100xn n- age in year
2. The daily amount of food for a child is V = 1200+ 100x4 = 1600 ml.
3. Caloric value of food per day E= 90 kcal\kg\day x 18 kg = 1620 kcal
4. 5 meals a day.
5. The distribution of products according to their energy content:
I breakfast - 20% (324 kcal), 1620 kcal – 100% x – 20%, x = 324 kcal
II breakfast - 20% (324 kcal)
lunch - 20 % ( 324 kcal);
