    Subject: No Objection letter for closing the Loan


    Against Vehicle no: TS08UF0725, Loan Contract: AHH00861L

    With reference to the above said vehicle loan, I do hereby confirm that I do not have any
    objection to close the vehicle loan by any third party and release the liability from Yadadri
    Milk and Milk Products Pvt Limited.

    It is also to declare that I have not paid any instalment for the vehicle loan and all EMIs were
    paid by the shareholders and other Directors of the Company. I do not have any objection in
    clearing the loan and takeover the vehicle and release from the Bank loan.

    I further confirm that the Company will not have any liability as well as objection in future
    whatsoever regarding the vehicle no TS08UF0725 or claim on the vehicle.
