Introduction
The project to build a unit for the production of infant milk powder, which is the subject of
this technical and economic data sheet, is part of the national investment policy in the agri-
food sector in Algeria.
The program that the promoter wants to initiate and concretize in the region perfectly meets
the increased demand for milk for infants and babies.

It is expected to provide the future activity of a multidisciplinary technical staff able to
operate excellently and in accordance with the standards and requirements for this type of
activity both nationally and internationally.
Project content
The project consists of the realization of a complex of preparation and packaging of infant
milk from dry materials, equipped with new facilities and manufacturing and recent
technology. The planned activity will be subdivided into 04 entities called service or other,
namely:
1. Raw material storage, mixing of the product.
2. Milk box manufacturing line.
3. Filling and cartoning milk powder.
4. Packing, packaging and palletizing.
These four entities will operate under the direction of a general management grouping various
departments.
Standards and conditions:
As a regulated activity, the project will be designed and implemented in accordance with the
standards and requirements set by the Ministries of Agriculture and Trade.

envisagée sera subdivisée en 04 entités
appelées service ou autre, à savoir: 1. Stockage
des matières premières, mélange du produit. 2.
Ligne de fabrication de boîtes à lait. 3.
Remplissage et emballage du lait en poudre. 4.
Emballage, conditionnement et palettisation.
Ces quatre entités fonctionneront sous la
direction d'une direction générale regroupant
différents services. Normes et conditions: En
tant qu'activité réglementée, le projet sera conçu
et mis en œuvre conformément aux normes et
exigences fixées par les ministères de
l'agriculture et du commerce.
