Activities Guide and Evaluation Rubric - Unit 2 - Task 4 - Speaking Production
1. Activity description
1.1 Check the content of Units 1 (module 1 & 2) & Unit 2 (Module
3&4) from the E-book.
1.2 With a partner make a video where both simulate a job interview.
(Your partner can be a classmate, a friend or a family member)
The interviewer must make questions
related to Personal information like
name, age, hometown, marital status,
occupation, academic background,
hobbies, working experience, personal
qualities, skills and weaknesses related to
a job.
NOTE: The student must upload the video to the forum before the
Synchronous meeting through Skype.
2.1. Create an account in Skype, where you will have your interview.

2.3. Each student must add his tutor as a contact in Skype with the
user provided in the forum and the activity instructions.
2.4. The interview with the tutor will simulate a job interview where
the teacher will ask the questions practiced in the video made for
step 1, including Personal information as name, age, hometown,
marital status, occupation, academic background, hobbies,
working experience, personal qualities, skills and weaknesses
related to your job.
2.5. Log into your Skype account the day chosen for the interview and
15 minutes before the hour write to the teacher and wait for the
teacher to call.
You must not call the teacher unless he tells you to do it.
Take into account that all individual or group written work must fulfil
with the orthographic rules and presentation conditions that have
been defined.
Concerning the use of references, consider that the requested work in
this activity must fulfil with the standards APA
