The content of this article has been said loud and clear by Anna Derinova. It was thoroughly
explained as each definition on what “Strategic Culture” is have been elaborated well by each of the
known theorist and the other proponents as to how they have perceived it.

Strategic culture in general implies different meaning depending on what a nation is going
through, but as what have mentioned by Anna Derinova “It is possible to recast reality itself by establishing
a new credible balance between the known and the unknown. Which I find more convincing that all he
assumption and theories combined from all three different questions.

The term “Strategic culture” depends on how it is being explained to us and the definition itself
depends on our own views and opinions as how we see it and how we function in a society. How we put
into practice matters the most, not how we understand or what we have understood as said by other.
