7.1.2 hazardous substances analysis

By using atomic absorption spectrophotometer or iCAP6300 Inductively coupled plasma atomic
emission spectrometer to determine in batches,Control the hazardous substances of the metals in the
range of customer requirements and implement the RoHS instructions of EU.
7.1.3 Inspection of size
(1) Sampling inspection for materials from each stove
(2) Inspection of size
Diameter is measured by 0-25 ㎜ micrometer
Length is measured by 0-1000 ㎜ ruler
7.1.4 Inspection of appearance
Visual inspection for surface and cross-section
7.2 Taking sample for analysis
7.2.1 Solution sample is taken from each stove for chemical analysis. Sample is reserved for 5 years.
7.2.2 Spot check 10% for inspection of specification, size, ultimate deviation and appearance. Taking
double quantity of sample for re-inspection of unqualified items. Material should be remade when it
failed to pass re-inspection. After that, material should be re-inspected and stocked into warehouse
after passing inspection.
7.2.3 Sample for hazardous substances analysis is taken from each shipment.
7.2.4 Other samples for analysis are taken at irregular intervals.
7.2.5 Test report
Test report, or Quality Guarantee of each shipment is submitted. Please advise if any other
requests.
