Dear sir,
I hereby write this letter as an explanation letter to my work (Srilanka
Bill Payment Customer Sharing) that found some problem. The problem
is some agencies wrong customer sharing that I gave.
The reason for doing that I was following sharing excel file. I think my
work was correct according to excel but I did not check in our system.
However, Excel files do not match the sharing of some agencies of our
system. This is why these mistakes have been made. Now I am
correcting our sharing excel with our system and fixed the problem. In
future, I’ll check both excel & our system. I hope that this will not
happen again.
