and the quality of the McDonald's brand  remains
consistent and popular all over the world.

giant world powers especially in the defense of Africa. He showed
us that everyone must be treated equally. He is my inspiration
because he made a strong impact in the history, he made everyone
realized the importance of equality.

Margaret Thatcher is a British stateswoman who served as Prime
Minister of the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1990. She displays
charisma when she addresses her followers after her victory as the new Prime Minister by
including a poem in her speech and also confidently addressing a conference after escaping
death in a bomb explosion.

 Corrective Leadership
This kind of leadership style is like a swinging pendulum, it
requires balance to attain equilibrium. Leaders of this style
make sure that his subordinates are doing their job efficiently
and effective. A small change in one part of the system can
have a disproportionate in the organization.
